The location was great with easy access to the city center. I found a wonderful castle view from my room. Breakfast was delicious and extensive. I appreciated the friendly staff.

I did not like the inflexibility with their change policy. I needed to leave a day early. I contacted them with a two-day notice and they were not flexible about giving us a refund for the one night. I found the shower floor very slippery.

I found the apartment was close to restaurants and shops, this made exploring very convenient. the staff were amazing and helpful, which greatly enhanced my stay. i liked having a well-equipped kitchen. It had everything i needed. the location was great. It was quiet and very clean, important to me.

The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting with directions and recommendations. the room included a small kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator, useful. the location was fairly central. I was able to walk to several attractions from there.

The room i was assigned faced an interior courtyard and felt a bit dark. i requested a room change but none were available . the noise from nearby bars was noticeable late at night. the shower had inconsistent water temperature. It fluctuated between hot and cold.
